I like this place. There are a couple of things I would like to review: 1. It was quite difficult to make an appointment by phone if communicating in English, receptionist tried to help, but she could not explain much. 2. The shop is well-designed, clean and private. 3. Tools and equipment is well-sanitized, it feels safe when using their tools. 4. My technician was really skillful and cared about my nails. She did a really good job and gave me useful advices to take care of my nails. 5. The shop offered for some free drink (tea, water). Little thing makes the difference. I would recommend it for someone who looks for a luxury service and want to enjoy your beauty time :)

Shop is clean and neat. Technician uses file to file on top of the color gently before wrapping with gel removal. I like this way of removing gel which helps to protect my natural nails.
