I visited the Siam branch and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. While the equipment and facilities appear comparable to many clinics in Thailand, I found the overall service lacking in professionalism. I experienced a delay of approximately 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time without clear communication, which was stressful as I had a flight afterward. In addition, I was asked to wait around 30 minutes after anesthesia was administered. I am not certain whether this is standard procedure, but the lack of explanation or reassurance made the experience uncomfortable. I also felt that the staff’s attitude could have been more courteous and service-oriented. At times, the interactions made me feel as though my requests were an inconvenience rather than part of normal service. Overall, I did not feel a strong sense of customer care or service consistency during my visit. Based on this experience, I would not choose to return or recommend this branch.
