ไม่ว่าคุณจะซื้อคอร์สนวดอะไรก็ตาม นวดไทย แคะหู หยอดน้ำมัน บลาๆ คุณต้องซื้อบัตรเข้าออนเซ็นทุกคอร์ส ในแอพก็ไม่บอก คือเสียซ้ำซ้อนมากๆ ส่วนเรื่องการบริการพนักงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นคนจีน พูดไทยได้เล็กน้อย ส่วนเรื่องห้องทำทรีทเม้นท์เป็นเตียงนอนรวมกันไม่ได้เป็นห้องส่วนตัว แต่พนักงานแคะหูดีมาก แคะแบบจีนผ่อนคลายดี มีแถมๆนวดหัวให้ด้วย โดยรวมกลางๆไม่ได้ว้าวมาก เสียซ้ำซ้อนมากๆ แทนที่จะแจ้งแต่แรกได้ง่ายต่อการตัดสินใจ ห้องแคะหู ห้องนวดเป็นเตียงรวมแบบในรูป พนักงานแคะหู และเทอราปิส 90% พูดไทยไม่ได้เลยพูดได้แต่ภาษาจีน 掏耳朵很好。
