For ambience, minus first star just because the door was open when I got in. The second was just because the music was too loud for me. You might not mind any of these. Cleanliness minus one because I booked at 11, the only one staff there was on her phone but when I finished with my service and wore my glasses I saw hair on the floor. In conclusion, the staff did not give a s*** about the cleanliness of her workplace. For the staff who serviced me, I couldn’t deduct enough stars. I just couldn’t. First, just like I wrote above, the staff was on her phone before I got in. And when I got in and talked to her, she left me standing there awhile and looked at her phone once again without asking me to wait or to just sit down. Like I was nothing to her. Second, I had never ever been to any salon where the staff used their nails on my head like they were revenging me for wronging them. It hurt so much that at that moment I was so determined to give a review because no one deserved to be treated like they were hated when they had done nothing wrong. Third, the staff did my hair so hard that when she was using the products on my hair, it splashed on my face. Yes. You heard (or read) correctly. She did it that hard. This too has never ever happened in my life before. OK I might have exaggerated that no splash has ever occurred whatsoever but normally it would splash just on your forehead and pretty near where your hair is but this is not like that. It splashed onto my cheek. Yes, my cheek. And not just once. You know normally the staff would be more careful after the first splash but as I said, I felt like she was avenging. Lastly, everyone knows that when you comb your hair, it might hurt. But when this staff used her fingers to comb my hair while applying the product, I strongly felt that she intended to hurt me. Just kidding. But it did hurt to the extend that you thought she had never serviced anyone even herself. I don’t know whether this person has any empathy or even just sympathy to anyone else in any other circumstance or not. But when she did my hair, I did not feel any of that. As for the value, you’ve read about the staff, right? Yeah, and another point is that it is staged on GoWabi that this service length is an hour but I got to show the GoWabi code on 11:38. And you know the service did not start on time from what I have already written. Where did all the time go then? In conclusion, if you are a masochist, go ahead. If you want a good service, run away.
