The cut is efficient and to the point. Limited English communication but they do have a Japanese hairstyle magazine where you can pick the style you want. I choose the more expensive treatment package but during the process, there’s no showing me what’s applied on my hair. To be honest, it’s a simple process of wet my hair on chair, wash, put something on, heat, wash again, cut. So I’m really not sure whether the Olaplex and Milbon are being used especially they point is out as 4 steps involved.
