The place was small and cute on Soi 31 (approachable next to 7/11). Staff polite, however, unable to communicate in English. I showed her that my voucher was for classic eyelash extension which explicitly mentioned 120 strands and 3 on 1 ratio, however, she didn’t bother to show me the designs or the length of the eye lash and despite asking about the same, she just went about her business. The outcome was average, and the extensions look more natural than voluminous as per the voucher details. Usually I’m looking for natural look, however, this time with the said voucher I wanted to try voluminous with 3:1 ratio, so feel a little cheated. It is important for the owner of the place to ensure what voucher has been paid for by the customer and details mentioned in the voucher are taken care of and what their staff needs to do.. not just what they know how to do.
