It wasn’t what I would have expected. The oil that they apply before the treatment was freezing cold, then they wrap you. Typically, body wraps use hot oil with the intent to wrap is so you expel toxins and soften your skin but I laid there cold the whole time. In Canada they even use steam towels to heat the body during the treatment, I wouldn’t purchase again. Not a good overall experience, I couldn’t wait to finish treatment and go outside to warm up.
