จองสาขา lancaster เอาไว้และทำการconfirm วันกับแอดมินผ่านไลน์ แอดมินเสนอให้มาทำที่สาขา landmark แทนเพราะตรงกับเวลาที่เราอยากเข้ารับบริการพอดี และแจ้งเราว่า service เหมือนที่ lancaster ทุกอย่างยกเว้นธีมชุดชาที่จะต่าง เราตกลงจองไปตามปกติแต่พอไปถึงทางstaff บอกว่า voucher ไม่สามารถใช้ได้เพราะที่เราจองไว้เป็นของ lancaster ต้องโทรคุยกับ callcenter อยู่พักนึง+พนักงานบอกว่าต้องชำระเงินเพิ่มถ้าจะเข้ารับบริการ งงนิดหน่อยแต่ยินดีจ่ายเพราะไม่สะดวกหาเวลามานวดใหม่ (สุดท้ายไม่ได้จ่ายนะคะพนักงานไม่ได้พูดถึง) ได้ข้อสรุปว่าจะออก voucher ให้ใหม่และจะไม่ได้รับ cashback อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรให้ดีกว่านี้ค่ะถ้าอยากมีมากกว่า 1สาขา หลังจากนั้นเราเข้ารับบริการตามปกติค่ะ + afternoon tea โดยรวมถือว่าโอเคค่ะ
