Staff needed more hospitality training, there are other staffs who are friendly. But during our visit, most of them are unfriendly and rude, specially that old lady giving us attitude. And that girl from the onsen— we asked her to ask a photo of us from the garden but she’s like— “why me” forced to look attitude.

We purchased the Onsen Day pass and 90 minutes Thai Massage. The total package was great! Ms.Toon the masseuse did a really good job with the areas I wanted to put pressure on. But that old lady with her who’s giving my friend a massage is giving us an attitude, That lady from the reception area too. 2 stars because of those two. They need more hospitality training and workshop.
