Customer service was not friendly at all. Kept calling to rush us when we were in a traffic jam and kept saying if you’re late, there’s no discount. When we got there the shop was not even busy. We ended up only having 1 person have the treatment as they insisted the discount is not valid. During the wax they didn’t wait till the wax dried and tried to remove the same area 4 times.
