Missed appointments with no advance notice are charged at the full rate. When cancelling an appointment, please be sure to speak directly to a spa staff member only.

I'm very happy with the excellent service at Borisud Pure Spa. The staff is very nice and professional. The steam and massage room is clean and overall atmosphere is relax. Most important is friendly booking via Gowabi. Love it!!
