It was my 2nd time to try this shop because I liked the service last time with staffs and a lady who gave me massage. I was satisfied with massage today and facilities and everything EXCEPT a staff of reception. She was unbelievably rude and the way of she talks shows that she is not a service minded person at all. It is hard to believe how she behaves like that to the customer… Even she was sitting leaned fully backward when I left the shop.
