Pre-service preparation
1. Get enough sleep. About 6-8 hours.

after-service care
1. After injection, there may be pain in the injection location. It is recommended to apply cold composition for about 48 hours together with taking pain relievers such as paracetamol.
2. Continue taking steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs for at least two weeks. If you have pain, you can take paracetamol painkillers and cold compressions.
3. Avoid activities that cause concussion at the injected location.
