Sorry to say but i was very disappointed by this service. I booked appt at 1 pm but i still had to wait for more than half an hour as the staff informed me that there was some kind of delay due to other customers that they were late in the morning. The massage+ washing hair process was uncomfortable as i felt the pressure from her hands was way too much that it hurts. Overall - Such as waste of money :(
