I bought course from gowabi, it is written 90 minutes on the shop's service detail ， the original price is 699.\n\nwhen I arrived, they did 30 minutes on simple pedicure and heel scrub...15 minutes massage...45 minutes in total\n\nI ask the staff why\n\nthey told me it depends on ur feet condition..(why I come...of course I want professional pedicure.......And feet scrub...) This is exactly the same u can do by yourself at home.\nFirstly, when listing your service on GoWabi, it's assumed that the shop confirms both the price and duration. The discrepancy between the advertised 90 minutes and the actual 45 minutes of service is unacceptable. How can you claim efficiency when other nail salons take longer for a similar pedicure? \n\nSecondly, your reasoning about combining services to save time is, frankly, absurd. Customers purchase services expecting professionalism and thoroughness, not a rushed job. I bought this service expecting it to be more comprehensive and better than a standard pedicure with nail coloring. \n\nYour argument is akin to a foot massage shop selling a 90-minute service but completing it in 45 minutes, claiming efficiency.
