A medium to strong foot massage that promotes blood circulation by applying focused pressure to certain known "reflex" points located in the foot, which correspond to certain other areas in the body. Benefits include increased circulation, relaxation, release of tension, clearing of emotional debris, detoxification of organs, rejuvenation of tired tissues and cells, balancing of the auric field, and grounding. Oil based foot cream, menthol-based lotion, and some lemongrass balm are used.

A medium to strong massage with a soothing oil is being used along with a fresh bamboo stick as to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles.

Thumb & bamboo pressures are applied against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbed in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. It also stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves at the same time.

Then two herbal compresses are steamed before applying against the whole body and the aching area. After it gets cool, another compress is switched to sustain the warm relaxing experience, improve blood circulation, and alleviate muscle tensions.

A light to medium massage with a soothing aroma oil for its healing and calming properties. Slow long palm strokes are applied to assist absorption by the skin, aid skin repair, and relieve tired muscles. For best results, leave the oil on the skin afterward.
