พนักงานไม่สวมแมสขณะนวด ทั้งที่ต้องให้บริการในห้องปิด นวดออย แต่ไม่ใช้เตียงนวดสปาที่มีช่องใส่หน้า ทำให้หายใจลำบาก เราค่อนข้างตัวใหญ่ พนง.นวดก็บูลลี่ เนื้อแน่นมาก นวดยากมาก ทั้งที่พนักงานนวดเองก็ไม่ได้ผอม สูง หุ่นดีอะไรเลย ไม่มี welcome drink ต้องขอ พอนวดเสร็จ รีบลงมากดเครื่องคิดเลข ไม่สนใจ ไม่รอส่ง คงไปใช้บริการครั้งเดียวละครับ
