เหมือนเจอพนักงานใหม่ เครื่องที่ใช้นวดหน้ามีการขูดหน้าด้วยค่ะ ตอนเช็ดหน้าให้ ก็น้ำหนักมือไม่ได้เลย กดมาตรงกลางหน้า ทั้งๆที่ควรกดแค่ฝั่งบนกับล่าง ตอนที่กำลังทาครีมยกกระชับ ยังมีการถามพนักงานด้วยกันเองว่า นี่ใช่ครีมยกกระชับไหม ไม่ควรมาถามต่อหน้าลูกค้านะคะ มันรู้สึกว่าถ้าคนไม่ชำนาญพอมาทำ มันรู้สึกไม่สบายใจค่ะ ควรเทรนพนักงานกว่านี้ค่ะ นั่งทำหลังเพื่อน แต่พนักงานทำให้เสร็จก่อน ไม่มีความพิถีพิถันเลยค่ะ เสียความรู้สึกมากๆ นวดคอบ่าไหล่ ก็ทำเหมือนไม่อยากทำ
