During the manicure, the staff suddenly asked to charge 100 for removing gel. I said that they had never charged me before. They said that next time I should book with them directly to get a better price of 450 and free of removing gel...The attitude of the staff was very bad. I paid them an extra 100 in cash. It was a very unpleasant experience.
