Teeth whitening helps to solve the problem of yellow teeth being whiter in a short time by removing stains in the dentin. Teeth whitening involves bleaching your teeth to make them lighter. it can lighten the existing color by several shades. There are two drugs used, Hydrogen peroxide and Cabamine peroxide, to whiten the enamel of the teeth.

There are currently 2 types of teeth whitening programs that are popular at dental clinics:

- Using of LED light called ""Cool Light Whitening System""

- Using blue lights called ""ZOOM Whitening"" are projected onto the teeth to accelerate the breakage of pigment better and make the teeth whiter.

Dental Scaling is a common dental procedure to removes all the plaque and tartar (hardened plaque) above and below the gum line and between teeth. This is to prevent gum disease and teeth that may occur to maintain oral health.

Dental sealant is the use of tooth-like or clear-colored materials to cover deeply grooved teeth, usually molars. This is to prevent food waste from getting stuck in such deep nooks and crannies. Because if food particles get stuck in the trenches, these teeth are difficult to clean, even if brushed or flossed, food particles may only be removed on the surface. Food waste in this trench can eventually lead to tooth decay problems.

A retainer is a removable device or tool that helps keep teeth in their original position. Prevent teeth from moving after the braces have been removed. Dentists recommend wearing a retainer at all times (except when eating or brushing teeth) for at least 6 months – 1 year, with more or less time, it will depend on the characteristics of each person's teeth. During the second year onwards patients will wear retainers only at night to maintain beautiful teeth and smile.

- lingual wire, fixed, or bonded retainer (permanent)

Fluoride coating is an increase in tooth strength, which can be done in children from 6 months or older who have their first teeth, but most often start fluoride coating from 3 years of age or older to prevent fluoride ingestion. In addition, people aged or patients at risk of developing cavities because they brush their teeth uncleanly can be fluoride coated. But normal people who are not at risk for tooth decay may not need fluoride coating often because getting fluoride from toothpaste and mouthwash is enough. In any case, fluoride coatings must be under the supervision of a dentist.
