บรรยากาศและห้องน่ารักพนักงานออนเซ็นแนะนำครบถ้วน โดยรวมแล้วดีกบหมดขอติอย่างเดียวพนักงานนวดนินทาลูกค้าเผาขนไปหน่อยตอนเราปิดม่านกำลังเปลี่ยนชุดพนักงานพูดว่าเราตัวใหญ่ไม่นวดนะขอนวดผู้ชายแทนมันดูหยาบคายนิดนึงกับการที่พูดจนลูกค้าได้ยินอันนี้ขอตินะคะคือเราไม่พอใจและทำให้การนวดของเรารู้สึกไม่ค่อยผ่อนคลาย แต่พนักงานที่นวดเรานวดดีมากเราบอกจุดก็กดจุดนั้นได้โอเคมาก แต่การนวดก็ไม่ได้พิเศษอะไรหาได้ทั่วๆไป
