Preparation before the service
- Fast for at least 8 hours before the health check-up (water is allowed)
- Bring any medications, vitamins, and supplements you regularly take, and any past medical records if available
- Avoid all alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours before the check-up
- Avoid scheduling the check-up during menstruation; wait at least 7 days after menstruation ends
- Do not bring valuables, such as jewelry
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing, preferably in separate pieces, and avoid wearing a full-body bra
- If you suspect pregnancy, inform the staff before the examination
