I regretted going to this salon for the first time for upper lip waxing. I have been doing it elsewhere for a long time and never faced such horrible experience. The lady who provided the service wasn’t competent - she practically burned my skin and left permanent scarring. 1-month later, my skin still have burn marks and hyperpigmentation- she ruined my face. I will never go there again and don’t recommend anyone. They’re not professional and don’t know what they’re doing.
