I didn't know that the way to the spa was only possible through the hotel. It was hard to go up to level 9 because all the escalators and elevators in the shopping mall were stopped. \n\nMy first impression was that it was a luxury spa equipped with facilities, but when I entered the Jacuzzi, I felt that the water temperature was cold. It would have been nice if there were petal decoration. I don't know if it's because of me or not, the brown stuff floating in the water under the Jacuzzi bubble and the stain on the curtain was also a factor that made me feel bad and dirty. Anyway I was feeling a little better when I went into the Jacuzzi and played with bubbles, but after 15 minutes, The staff came to me to get out of the Jacuzzi and take a shower. \n\nI bought an hour voucher for oil massage after jacuzzi bath for 30 minutes, and I asked why. I asked if she or he would give me more massage, and she said she would, but the receptionist came out of the shower and said it was an hour. \n\nThe normal procedure would be 30 minutes after the jacuzzi > shower > and massage again. Or Is it different in Thailand? I got the impression that he was trying to get me out quickly. \n\nIn the end, she said she would give me another 10 minutes of massage, but not the first massager who greeted me, but the person who asked me to come out of the Jacuzzi gave me a massage, and I asked her to why you give me a men's underwear, and she went back to the reception staff. They said it's for unisex. \n\nI don't know if the oil on my legs is the right scent. And the scents that I can choose were relatively inexpensive. It's a preference over the price because it's a scent or taste, but I did wonder. \n\nThe massage was delicate and polite to me. BUT The massage session ended without touching my chest or belly at all, massage time was over.\n\nThe reservation mail from this spa felt very warm and friendly, but after my visit it ruined my first hotel massage experience in Thailand.\n\nWhile in Thailand, I wanted to experience a variety of things, from local to high-end spa, but their massage skills may be better than the local massage I've received so far (although it was a beginner that the massager kept going to the reception to ask) I felt neglected for the price.\n\nI don't know if I'm sensitive or doing it differently depending on the person because Korean are complimenting this spa so much.\n
