มีหลายอย่างที่รู้สึกว่าไม่ ok กับการบริการในครั้งนี้ค่ะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นอ่าง onsen ไม่เหมือนกับที่อื่น เพราะจะเป็นอ่าง jacuzzi มากกว่า ปกติไปที่สปา เจ้าหน้าที่จะอธิบายรายละเอียดการใช้อุปกรณ์ให้ทราบ แต่ที่นี่ไม่มี น้ำร้อนไปต้องให้เจ้าหน้าที่เข้ามาแก้ไข จึงเสียเวลาไปอีก และเมื่อถามเรื่องเวลาที่เสียไป เจ้าหน้าที่แสดงสีหน้าไม่ค่อย ok อีกทั้งไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวและน้ำเปล่าให้ในห้อง ต้องขอเจ้าหน้าที่จึงเอามาให้ ที่สำคัญประตูห้องปิดสนิทไม่ได้ รู้สึกไม่สบายใจ เพราะมีการลงอ่าง jacuzzi อุปกรณ์เช่นไดร์เป่าผม ก็ไม่มีให้ใช้ จึงคิดว่าครั้งนี้ไม่ ok เลยค่ะ
