About This Service

For those who have pain or numbness in various spots due to working using the same muscles regularly, such as back pain, neck, shoulders, shoulder blades, as well as pain in neighboring areas. It is a physical therapy by loosening the muscles in the sore pressure points. It focuses on exercise, stretching and strengthening muscles and, most importantly, advising patients on adjusting their work environment and using muscles.

Steps

1. Physical examination by a physiotherapist

2. Treatment with ultrasound

3. Treat pain with electrical stimulation

4. Stretch and relax the muscles with special techniques

5. Exercises to increase range of motion

6. Exercise to increase strength

7. Massage to dissolve the sore muscles.

8. Cold / warm compress on the painful area to stimulate the muscles to heal

9. Correct posture in both sitting, standing and walking to prevent repetitive injuries
