Quite disappointing experience… made a booking, arrived, waited for 15 minutes, salon was closed and no one was replying to calls. (The booking was confirmed though)10 minutes later someone from the salon called and said that I can come back now, so unfortunately I’ve already left by this time. Through line we agreed to change the time of the appointment and moved it for 2 pm. When I arrived, the beautician was busy and said I need to wait for 20 minutes. At the end it was 30…I’ve asked for pedicure, but water where she wanted me to put feet was cold and she didn’t do any peeling at the end. Only did nails shape and nail coloring…really upset about my visit.
