2. This e-voucher can not be exchanged or refunded to cash.

3. E-vouchers can only be used at PAÑPURI WELLNESS.

4. An extra surcharge of THB 150 for the Onsen, THB 250 for the Onsen Plus Akasuri, and THB 500 for Spa Treatments must be paid directly to the spa upon arrival if e-vouchers are used outside of specified days* (*E-vouchers must be used within 30 days after purchase.)
