จองนวดไป1ชม แต่ทางร้านลงคิวผิด และนวดเกินเวลา มาขอเก็บเงินเพิ่ม เข้าใจนะคะ แต่การเป็นมาโทษลูกค้าว่าลูกค้ารู้อยู่แล้ว ว่า ถ้าคุณ..ไม่สะดวกจ่ายเพิ่ม ไม่เป็นไรค่ะ พี่หมอนวด อาจจะเข้าใจผิด จากการลงคิวของ..เอง เพราะปกติ ลูกค้ามาด้วยกัน มักจะนวดจำนวน ชม เท่ากัน “แต่ลูกค้า รู้อยู่แล้วว่าจองนวดแค่ 1ชม พี่หมอนวด ลูกค้าไม่แจ้งตั้งแต่ตอนนั้น” ทำให้ไม่ได้เก็บค่าบริการเพิ่ม ไปหน้าร้านก็แจ้งว่านวดจำนวนไม่เท่ากัน..หน้าร้านก็ทราบ ครั้งนี้ยอมจ่ายเพราะพี่หมอนวดนวดดีค่ะ แต่ครั้งหน้าก็คงไม่อยากไปอีกแล้ว เพราะกลัวจะมาเจอเหตุการณ์แบบนี้อีก

ขออนุญาตชี้แจ้งในมุมของร้านนะคะ ทางร้านยอมรับผิดที่ลงคิวผิดค่ะ ทางร้ายขออภัยในความผิดพลาดมากๆ เลย ซึ่งทางร้านได้เช็คกล้องวงจรปิดเพิ่มเติม พี่หมอนวดได้ถามลูกค้าว่านวด 2 ชม. ใช่มั้ยคะ และลูกค้าตอบว่าใช่ค่ะ โดยที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้แจ้งพี่หมอนวดเลยว่สนวด 2 ชม. แค่ 1 ท่าน และนวด 1 ชม. แค่ 1 ท่าน ซึ่งทางร้านมองว่าควาทผิดพลาดนี้เป็นความผิดพลาดของทั้งร้านและลูกค้าค่ะที่ไม่รอบคอบให้มากกว่านี้ ลูกค้าสามารถขอดูกล้องวงจรปิดเพื่อเป็นหลักฐานได้นะคะ
