ปกติใช้บริการประจำ แต่ตอนหลังมีการเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขการรีดีมว่าไม่สามารถรีดีมล่วงหน้าได้ ถ้ายังไม่เข้าใช้งาน ทั้งๆที่เคยรีดีมได้ แต่พอเราทวงถามก็ เลยไม่รับจองคิว ไม่ให้เข้ารับบริการ แล้วคืนเงินส่วนที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้งานแทน แต่เจ้าหน้าที่คือตอบไม่ดีเลยค่ะ แล้วคอร์สเมโสสะกิดที่ไม่ใช่คอร์สที่มีปัญหาเรื่องการรีดีมก็ถูกยกเลิกไปด้วย เฟลค่ะ
