I’m a regular at Nail House BKK since early 2022. I dont know what’s happened internally but I know the regular front woman is no longer there and it’s affected the quality of the work so much. It was changed to someone more of authority and made everyone in a rush, my nail tech cut me on two fingers. Today it seems like everyone is just out of energy and is very very slow. They used to take their time and deliver a top notch quality and detail. But this time it was super meh. I hope they can figure things out soon
