Waited 30mins after my appointment time to be seen. Staff were not welcoming. I received 3 vials and they didn’t numb me for the infections. I asked if they could apply numbing cream or something to ease the pain/discomfort and she simply replied “I forget, only have ice”. Then proceeds to ice areas that weren’t injected. I would not recommend this place.
