I was informed that only male therapist was available, to which i agreed since no alternative was offered. The receptionist / male therapist seemed inexperienced and uncomfortable dealing with a female customer. The jacuzzi was set up with too much foam which resulted in the foam overflowing out of the tub when the jets were on.
