I brought two packages from this place. But it’s very difficult to make a reservation. The first package was บท็อกซ์ and second is VI drip. When I tried to contact staff by line and phone call to make a reservation but they refused to help me make the booking and send me the link instead. I understand the standard, but not every guest is comfortable with giving out their email and the link is very difficult to use. I have to spend 30 minutes trying to make the booking. When I arrived at clinic, staff told me i can only do บท็อกซ์ and not IV drip because I have to make two different booking. How am I supposed to know that there should be two separate reservations need when I purchase two packages at the same time. The shocking new is the IV inject, staff said I purchased the package that service by nurse and not doctor. But I purchased there was no mention before buy that it will be done by nurses. Anyway, the บท็อกซ์ injection was find, there were numb cream apply before the injections when I ask. They said again is not in the package so only apply cold pads which didn’t help at all with the pain and this wasn’t mentioned in the description before purchase, that no numb cream provided, another disappointment. The second part, again I try to make the reservation for the IV drip with the link which take another 10 minutes and with a different email before I can make the booking. When the staff that I really can’t book it she offered to make the booking through line that they been refusing to help from the beginning. They could have assisted at first when I informed. That I can’t reserve not wait for me to spend another 10 minutes trying to booking with link that is hard to use. staff always refuse to provide service and only offer help when I already waste time. So I had a very bad experience with staff service. Recommend other clinic with same value and better service. Because I’m definitely not going back to this place for more bad service.

Nurse was skillful, only experienced mild level of pain. Do wear something with short sleeves but can warm as the aircon gets really cold while you just sit and wait for around 15mins the drip to be completed.
