เป็นลูกค้าประจำมานาน ทุกครั้งที่ถอดสีเจลจะแค่ตะไบเพราะไม่ชอบใช้เครื่อง และทุกครั้งที่ไปพนักงานจะตะไบแล้วใช้น้ำยาควบคู่ไป แต่ครั้งนี้เจอพนักงานตะไบจนหมดอย่างเดียว แล้วตะไบจนร้อนหน้าเล็บ ก็ไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมไม่ใช้น้ำยาควบคู่เหมือนพนักงานคนอื่น. อยากให้ร้านมีการเทรนพนักงานให้เข้มงวดนิดนึง และให้เข้าใจว่าลูกค้าบางคนไม่ชอบใช้เครื่องถอดเจล ต้องจัดการปัญหายังไง !! และการตะไบถอดเจล มันมีหลายวิธีมากๆ ที่ไม่ทำให้หน้าเล็บร้อน ครั้งนี้ตะไบไม่หยุด จนแสบร้อน งงมาก!!! ผิดหวังมาก กับการบริการครั้งนี้!!
