I experienced cracks on the sides of my nails within just one week, which unfortunately led me to cut them off. Interestingly, my toenails, done by a different technician, remain in perfect condition. However, two of my fingernails developed cracks, and the surface of the gel polish became damaged. This was my second visit to your salon, as I was impressed by the quality of my first experience. However, I noticed a significant difference in the service quality depending on the technician. I reached out regarding the issue after 9 days, but I was informed that repairs are only covered within a week and that additional charges would apply. As your salon is conveniently located near my home, I had hoped to become a regular customer. However, this experience has left me reconsidering. While I truly appreciated my initial visit, this outcome has been disappointing and quite unfortunate. 🥹
