Very relaxing treatment. Oil used smelled very nice. Looked beautiful after. Points taken away because 1) Aircon vent in the treatment room was caked in black dust, which I thought was dangerous mould but was assured it was just dust and 2) trying to book the appointment was difficult as the receptionist didn’t want to speak English and actually hung up the phone on me the first attempt.
