This is one of my favorite place to get my nails done. However this time, I was slightly disappointed with the staff. It was evident that the reception staff did not know how to handle the service and was not helpful. I asked another staff and she said it's her first day and she doesn't have a clue. Finally one of the staff took over and handled it. She was kind and professional. Also I booked at 2 and I arrived 10 minutes earlier knowing I need to select the soap/lotion. It started at 2.40. Great place but needs improvement with the staff training and management.
