The facial was good, but the place itself is not very relaxing. The staff & other customers spoke.loudly and the environment has bright lights. I understand for facials the statf need to see what they are doing, but i would not enjoy it if I was there for a foot massage. A head massage was included in the facial, but I was not given one...I asked about it at the end and the lady said sorry, it is short. But i did not get one in the first place. It was a huge reason I bought this vouture. She proceeded to then have me lay down and rubbed my head for 2 minutes. I did not feel she or the staff cared too much.

Beds were too short and my feet were hanging off the bed. It made the facial very uncomfortable to lay there for one hour. I’m not very tall only 172cm. Please get longer beds. Not good.
