ทางร้านคิดค่าบริการเพิ่ม 1,000 บาทจากที่จ่ายไปในแอพ เจ้าของร้านแจ้งว่าไม่ทราบเรื่องราคาในแอพ แล้วคิดราคาปกติ ทั้งๆที่ราคาและเกณฑ์ของเส้นผม ร้านเป็นคนลงไว้เอง พอไปถึงหน้างานจริงโดนคิดเงินเพิ่มจากเดิมเยอะมาก ปัดความรับผิดชอบมาให้ลูกค้า ร้านควรรับผิดชอบหรือลดราคาให้สมเหตุสมผล แต่นี่มาเก็บเงินเพิ่มกับลูกค้า เอาแต่พูดว่า “คนอื่นจ่ายเยอะกว่านี้” อ้าว ก็คนอื่นไม่ได้จองมาในแอพนิคะ เราจองจากในแอพ คุณเป็นคนเปิดเอง คุณก็ต้องยอมรับในจำนวนเงินนี้สิ ไม่ประทับใจค่ะ
