คุณลูกค้าจองมาวันพุธที่ 1 พนักงานที่รับสาย ได้ทำการทวนวันและเวลาไปแล้ว และคุณลูกค้ามาวันจันทร์ที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งไม่ใช่คิวของลูกค้า และวันนั้นทางร้านคิวเต็มแล้ว ไม่สามารถแทรกให้ได้ จึงได้จัดการลงไปให้ในวันอื่น ทางร้านยืนยันได้ค่ะ ไม่ทราบว่าตอนที่พนักงานได้ทวนวันและเวลาไป ลูกค้าได้ฟังหรือไม่คะ
