This studio comes from my lifestyle and from what I really love, I found out the magic of aerial forms (hammock, silk, aerial hoop) and how they keep challenging my exercise goal. With my training experience in both Thailand & United States, I'd love to share my passion with everyone who carries the same healthy attitude in a high safety & non-competitive environment.

Hammock class focuses on building strength and stamina through a variety of conditioning exercises. Movements include core and upper-body strengthening exercises and deep stretches to improve flexibility. Strengthen and tone your body in preparation for more advanced Aerial classes. This class will be a very challenging work out.
For beginners, you will build upper body and core strength as well as leg and shoulder flexibility. Each class will involve a warm up, conditioning, hoop tricks, transitions, and combos.

Building to a choreographed routine for each level to conquer over the period of your course. Participants not only learn some amazingly beautiful skill development, but also get to experience what it feels like to aerial dance on the hoop.

In this intermediate/advanced silks technique class, students are becoming more comfortable in the air and will engage in learning intermediate wraps and skills. Silks level 2-3 will expand on technique, drops, poses, and conditioning from the previous level. You will continue to develop your flexibility and body awareness through more challenging positioning of the fabric.
