The worst experience ever. That was my second time coz I paid for 5 service to do and paid in advanced by gowabi. The first time, the owner pissed me off with her poor gel nails step, she cut the nails and try to put the gel even without shaping nor cleaning. When I say this is not how to do she asked for more money. So I had to stop her to do my nails but had to use the voucher. The second time I just try to use the normal color and she did same thing. She is running between 2 customers and do my nails without sitting.

before I do a service i told you for the details but you want more ours service i told about advance price but you don't want a advance price. sorry for this but i try the best to deserve you 🙏 and that time you don't booking and i have 1 costumer booking
