The girl didn’t know how to conduct the machine correctly. I did not feel tight at all and my skin didn’t even get red or bruise(no mark left on skin) after 3.5 hours… bought 4 times but only used on 3 areas. Wasted time and money…giving 2 stars because the girl had a good attitude and tried really hard. But it didn’t work, when I told them to send someone else they should’ve sent someone else to fix it but didn’t. My second time here but very disappointed this time.
