Very poor service. The woman at the reception was very disrespectful. Even though I had paid online, she didn’t want to let me in. She argued with me for more than 30 minutes before she finally found my booking. The sauna was terrible, and the massage was just as bad. She barely touched me and didn’t actually massage. Before I left the place, all the staff were staring at me and speaking in Thai while laughing. Very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional.
