Preparation before the service:
- Fast for at least 8 hours before the test (water is allowed)
- Bring any regular medications, vitamins, and supplements, and your medical history if available
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the test
- Avoid the test during menstruation; wait at least 7 days after menstruation ends
- Do not bring valuable items, such as jewelry
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing for ease during the test, ideally separate pieces, and avoid full-body undergarments
