เจียสีออกอย่างเดียว ไม่มีการใช้น้ำยาให้สีพองตัวเลย มาถึงก็เจียๆสีออก ไม่มีการบำรุงหน้าเล็บอะไรให้เลยทั้งสิ้น เสียความรู้สึกมาก ตอนไปทาคือพนง.ที่มาดีมาก พอไปล้างแน่มากๆ

ทางร้านต้องขออภัยคุณลูกค้าด้วยนะค่ะ เนื่องจากทางร้านจะไม่ใช้น้ำยาถอดสีเล็บ เพราะทางร้านกลัวว่าลูกค้าบางท่านจะแพ้ เนื่องจากน้ำยาระเบิดสีจะให้สารคล้ายน้ำกรด ซึ่งเป็นอันตรายต่อเล็บและผิวหนังมากกว่าค่ะ

ทางร้านขอตอบภาษาไทยนะคะพอดีคุณลูกค้าเป็นคนไทย ทางร้านต้องขอโทษด้วยนะคะคุณลูกค้า เนื่องด้วยคุณลูกค้าซื้อผ่านแอฟ สระไดร์ เนื่องด้วยทางร้านได้สอบถามช่างแล้ว ช่างได้แจ้งมาว่าคุณลูกค้าอยากได้ตัวม้วนแกนผม ซึ่งช่างเข้าใจว่าทางลูกค้าเข้าใจว่าม้วนแกนคนละราคาเพราะว่าในแอพมีราคาบอกชัดเจน อาจจะมีการสื่อสารไม่เข้าใจกันทางร้านต้องขอโทษด้วยนะคะทางร้านได้ตัดเตือนพนักงานให้แล้วค่ะ
