This is the worst experience I had. Room is not ready. Took 20 mins to wait. The room have the electricity wire in the shower area which is risky on electricity leaking that dangerous for life. There is no air to breath inside. Call reception for 15 mins and no one show up. Finally can not breath and left the room after 10 mins use and when want to get the refund. Gowabi can not help us

ทุกอย่างโดยรวมถือว่าดีค่ะ บรรยากาศดี คนน้อยเป็นส่วนตัวดี มีที่จอดรถประมาณ 20 คันทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่าถ้าจะเข้ามาให้โทรถามก่อนตรงนี้โอเครค่ะ แต่ขอตินิดนึงค่ะเรื่องห้องก็คือทางพนักงานบอกเปลี่ยนห้องจากเตียงคู่เป็นเดี่ยว ซึ่งถามว่าได้ไหม เพราะห้องเต็มจริงๆค่ะ เราก็เอ๊ะงงจะให้บอกว่าไม่ได้ก็ไม่ได้ไหมเอ่ย การที่เราจองมาแล้วเป็นเดือนๆ บอกว่าเต็มได้ยังไงนะก็งงๆอยู่ค่ะ แล้วที่ดูมาห้องซุพีเรียเหมือนจะมีอ่างอาบน้ำแต่ห้องที่เปลี่ยนมาไม่มีจ้า แล้วก็ชักโครกแอบเป็นคราบ สบู่อาบน้ำก้นขวดก็คือหมดจ้า (ตรงนี้สำคัญมากเลยค่ะ!! ควรปรับปรุงค่ะ) ห้องออนเซ็นแอบมีกลิ่นอับๆนิดหน่อยค่ะ ปล.ถ้ามีผ้าเย็นไว้ให้ด้วยจะดีมากๆเลยค่ะ จบการรีวิวจ้า ขอบคุณค่ะ 🫶🏻

ทุกอย่างดีมากเลยค่ะ มีน้ำร้อน น้ำเย็น ซาวน่า และอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวก ผ้าเช็ดตัว น้ำดื่มเย็นๆ หวี ไดร์ ครบมากๆ แต่อยากคอมเม้นเรื่องอุณหภูมิน้ำร้อนนิดนึงค่ะ ปกติเราลงออนเซ็นจะลงได้มาทุกบ่อ แต่ของที่นี่เราว่าเราไม่ไหวจิง มันร้อนมากๆๆๆๆ ลงไม่ไหวทั้งตัว ได้แค่ครึ่งตัวเลยขอฝากหน่อยค่ะ และช่วงท้ายๆตอนจะใส่เสื้อผ้า พบว่าอากาศอบ ชื้นมาก ใส่ชุดแทบไม่เข้า และอาจหายใจไม่ออก ขอให้ระวังเรื่องอากาศไม่ถ่ายเทด้วยค่ะ (อาจจะต้องเปิดแง้มหน่อยเพื่อหายใจ)
