Masseuse​ and staff are attentive. Spa is very far from the entrance, you will need a hotel's car service to get there as the villa is set in the hilly terrane. Spa is very quiet when I visited. I also bought from Gowabi the sane day I visit the spa. Toilet has no toilet tissue, which was disappointing. Overall, I don't think that the price is too high, it is not cheap either.
