Reservation Policy:
- After the reservation time is confirmed, your voucher will be redeemed automatically within 12 hours before the reservation time.
- After voucher redemption, your reservation date and time will be unable to reschedule.
- If you are unable to keep your reservation, we require 24 hours minimum for early notice.
- Please do not hesitate to contact us, then we will be glad to reschedule for you.
- Your voucher will not be refundable in case of no-show or urgent cancellation less than 24 hours before the reservation time.
- Being late without early notice will automatically cause a cancellation and your voucher will not be refundable as well.
